This page explains how to request deletion of data held by NaadiOS, including data obtained through WhatsApp and the Meta platform. Anyone may use this page — no account or login is required.
Patients: your clinic decides what patient data it keeps, so please contact your clinic first. If you cannot reach the clinic, or the clinic asks us to act, write to privacy@naadios.com and we will handle it.
Clinics using NaadiOS: write to privacy@naadios.com from the email address registered with your clinic account.
Send an email to privacy@naadios.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
You may also write to the postal address at the bottom of this page.
On an approved request we delete the WhatsApp messages we hold for that phone number, the contact record, and the appointment and follow-up history linked to it.
Financial, billing, and audit records are kept and anonymized instead of erased, because we are legally required to retain them. Anonymized records can no longer be traced back to you. Message records held by Meta or by the clinic's messaging provider are governed by their own policies and are not ours to delete.
There is no charge for making a deletion request.
Escalate to the Grievance Officer, Jai Praneeth Marni, at grievance@naadios.com. Where applicable law allows, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
